Class Info & Policies

Class availability and times are subject to change without notice.

Registration

Priority registration for the next session begins week 5. Only students that can re-enroll week 5 are those that a staying in their current class. These students will be guaranteed placement in their same class for the next session. Week 6, current students that are changing class times or moving up a new class level, siblings of current students, and former students that are inactive are able to re-enroll. Open registration for new students will start week 7. Web registration will also begin week 7.

• Week 7 & 8 - Open Registration

Tuition will be pro-rated for students that enroll mid session. Please be understanding throughout this registration process. It gives priority to our current students to enroll for their desired class. Class space is limited...please enroll during your designated window to have the greatest opportunity to get into your first choice of class.

A 10% tuition discount is given for children taking multiple classes or families with multiple students enrolled in classes off the total tuition cost. The 2+ day/week MS/HS class is not eligible for any discount.

$35 annual registration fee per gymnast ($70 family max) is due initially and renewable thereafter on the anniversary date.

Make-Up Policy

Missed Classes

If you miss a class for any reason you may request to make up one class per session. Make-up classes must be scheduled with the front desk and are based on availability and must be completed within the same session as the absence. They cannot be carried over to the next session. A scheduled absence (i.e. vacations) can be made up prior to the absence.

Inclement Weather & Cancelations

If Aerial East Gymnastics cancels classes for any reason a make up class will be offered. Whole classes may be re-scheduled or students may be asked to schedule a make up class at their convenience. We do not follow school cancelations/closings. Please check the website prior to arriving for class. Closings will be posted on our home page. If there is no posting, we will be open.

Scheduled & Holiday Closings

For scheduled closing, such as holidays, you will be notified at the beginning of the session or when you register. In these instances students will be asked to schedule a make up session at some time during the session - before or after the missed class. Remember Aerial East Gymnastics does not follow scheduled school closings.

Every effort will be made to schedule appropriate make up classes or make additional arrangements. If you are unable to attend a re-scheduled class or make up a class, tuition will not be refunded or credited to your account. Absences for scheduled closings or inclement weather will not affect your one absence per session per class. For extenuating circumstances please contact Matthew or Tiffany directly.

Attire

Appropriate attire is necessary for the safety and well being of your child while participating in gymnastics. Shorts/pants without buttons or buckles and form fitted shirts are all that is necessary. Leotards are available for purchase at the gym. Socks and shoes will be stored in cubbies during class. Long hair must be pulled up and tightly secured. Jewelry (with the exception of stud earrings) is NOT allowed.
